Medical Marijuana advocates are calling it a victory that the California Supreme Court has granted review of two Appeals Court decisions that had been used by cities to refuse to allow cannabis shops to set up in their limits.  The legal effect of the two cases, Pack v. City of Long Beach and City of Riverside v. Inland Empire Patient's Health and Wellness Center, is suspended pending review.

It's high time they looked at these cases. And it is going to take two more years for the courts to do that? Legalize.

We are going through somewhat the same issues in Michigan, its time to reschedule this medication, I have seen many people helped with this plant. It is much better on the body then all those bloody pills. I know because I am on those rotten pills and pot helps much more then codeine or morphine but someday perhaps it will be looked at in a different manner. President Obama has a bill before him where he can reclassify this medication but I assume that he is waiting for after the next election, peace
